The Villa has a lavishly furnished bedroom, served by a comfortable en –suite with bathtub and a secondary bathroom with washing machine; a living room with sofa bed and elegant fireplace, and, from the staircase you have access to the second bedroom ,furnished with taste and style, with a double bed and an en-suite with shower. A large solarium “Terrrazza “ will complete your pleasant moments of relaxation with views ranging from the hilly areas to the sea of Palinuro and Acciaroli.

The villa also has a separate dependence located on the lower level that allows a larger family to enjoy the villa in Exclusive formula. A small price increase will be applied if you require the use of the dependence ; otherwise the Villa is rented anyway for an exclusive use of the applicant. This dependence is composed of a single room with kitchenette and living / eating area. The double bed in wrought iron is in a separate area adjoining living area. The Villa has linen, TV and household appliances. Moreover, a private parking and a barbecue area are at disposal of our guests. The villa is the ideal place for couples and families who want to spent a seaside holiday in the Cilento National Park, with a mild and wholesome climate in contact with nature and just 5 minutes away by car from Marina di Casal Velino and Pioppi.

The building with the apartments called "Stella" is located near the Marina di Casal Velino promenade, only a few dozen metres from the sandy beach, typical for this coastline of Cilento.
